Denim organiser

Denim jeans are Normally something that everyone has one or two pairs of laying around, if you are anything like me you go through them on a regular basis, whether you grow out of them, stain them or rip them, they can usually be reused.

I first saw this idea on Pinterest and it was a why reinvent the wheel moment, someone has designed, sewn and reinforced all these pockets so why not use them as pockets. I think denim is also a warm fabric with some brilliant textures that can decorate any wall.

Coins to Necklace

So Yesterday I was at the Continental market in Durham and saw something I hadn’t seen before. Someone had taken some old coins (but I presume not that valuable) and cut them into different shapes. The Stonehenge one was my favourite!

Fabric flower – hair decoration

Fabric flowers are a quick and easy way to use a scrap of fabric to make something beautiful for your hair, for a bag, a notepad or anywhere else that you like to put it. I started making these for a mayday celebration for the Stroke association and thought I would spread the joy.
